therapy without borders

Not new to Ealing.

Wherever you are in the world, you can work with me online. I see international clients by secure video call, by phone, or through messaging, so distance and time zones don’t have to get in the way of finding support that feels right.

Before private practice I worked with children and young people in schools through Place2Be, the children’s mental health charity, NHS and with bereaved adults through Bereft. That experience taught me how much pressure people carry, whatever their age or background, and how much difference it makes to be properly heard. I offer sessions in English, Hindi and Punjabi

Online therapy can be especially helpful if you are an expat or living abroad, if you’re far from family and the communities you grew up in, or if you would like to speak with someone who understands both British and South Asian cultures and can work in your first language. Sessions are held at a time that suits you and I’m happy to find a slot that works across time zones

I am fully insured to work with international clients. Please note that I am based in the UK and sessions are offered from here.

I work with anxiety, depression and low mood, grief, trauma, burnout, relationships, menopause and life transitions, with dedicated support for neurodivergent adults
