Rooted in the borough
Not new to Ealing.
Before private practice I worked with children and young people in schools through Place2Be, the children’s mental health charity, and with bereaved adults through Bereft, the bereavement support service for the borough of Ealing. That experience taught me how much pressure people carry, whatever their age or background, and how much difference it makes to be properly heard. I offer sessions in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
Online and phone therapy is open to anyone living in the UK, wherever you are in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Sessions take place by secure video call, by phone, or through messaging, whichever feels most comfortable and easiest to fit around your life. You don’t need to travel and you can speak from the privacy of your own home. This can be especially helpful if you live in a rural area, have a busy schedule, find leaving the house difficult, or simply feel more at ease in your own space.
I work with anxiety, depression and low mood, grief, trauma, burnout, relationships, menopause and life transitions, with dedicated support for young people and neurodivergent adults.
