Rooted in the borough

Not new to Ealing.

Before private practice I worked with children and young people in Ealing and Acton schools through Place2Be, the children's mental health charity and with bereaved residents through Bereft, the bereavement support service for the borough of Ealing. I know the schools, the pressures and the communities here and I offer sessions in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Face-to-face sessions take place at three quiet, professional therapy rooms in Ealing: The Space, Cape and NAOS, with the venue agreed when you book. I also see clients in person at ETNA in Twickenham, online and by phone or outdoors as walk and talk therapy in Kew Gardens, a short journey from Ealing Broadway.

I work with anxiety, depression and low mood, grief, trauma, burnout, relationships, menopause and life transitions, with dedicated support for young people and neurodivergent adults.
