Counselling & Psychotherapy
Are you finding that life feels harder than it used to. Perhaps you have been living with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, trauma or the pressures of everyday life and work. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or simply not like yourself anymore.
You might be wondering why things feel so difficult, why the same patterns keep repeating or why you cannot seem to move forward no matter how hard you try. These experiences can affect every part of your life, from your relationships and confidence to your work, your sleep and your sense of who you are.
If any of this feels familiar, you do not have to face it alone.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy, along with a free 15 minute introductory call where we can discuss what has brought you to therapy and whether working together feels right for you.

For many people, meeting in person offers a unique sense of connection and presence. Being in the same room can help create a feeling of safety and trust, allowing the therapeutic relationship to develop naturally. Free from the distractions of everyday life, face to face sessions provide dedicated time and space to focus entirely on you, your thoughts and your experiences.
Walk and talk psychotherapy offers an alternative way of engaging in therapeutic work within the natural, open environment of Kew Gardens. Sessions take place while walking at a gentle pace, allowing conversation to unfold in a more relaxed and grounded way, supported by the calming influence of nature.

Many people are unsure of the difference between counselling and psychotherapy, and it’s completely understandable. Both involve talking with a trained professional in a confidential, non-judgemental environment and both can help improve emotional wellbeing.
